The best Tile Flooring Trends in Lake Arrowhead for This Year and Beyond

If you are looking around for brand new tile, there’s never been a more thrilling time to shop. Lots of new trends have blossomed out of the tile industry in the last few years. In fact, you may find yourself beginning to feel overloaded as you shop the huge selection of tile options available at your local store. Before you shop, read on to discover more about the most popular tile trends for 2020 and beyond.

Natural Stone Lake Arrowhead

The most popular tile trend has people getting back to nature. Constructed monochromatic tiles are swiftly becoming a thing of the past. Alternatively, homeowners are going crazy for natural stone. Some of the most sought after selections of natural stone tiles include:

Onyx Tile in Lake Arrowhead

Onyx is in fact a gemstone, a kind of quartz found in nature that makes for a truly interesting tile. Most people associate onyx with the color black, but this gem can actually be found in a range of different colors. A word of warning, onyx is more fragile than various other tiles choices, however it is comparatively low-maintenance if installed properly.

Marble

When it applies to home interiors, marble is synonymous with luxury. Marble is a huge craze right now and does not show any signs of diminishing in attraction anytime soon. Marble tile flooring is extremely elegant and makes a big statement. However, the natural tones and patterns of marble also go with practically any color palette, making it effortless to incorporate into the current appearance of your home interior. Unfortunately, marble can be over of many homeowners’ budget. The great news is that marble-look ceramic tile is available to you, and it looks surprisingly close to the real thing.

Pebble Mosaics

Nothing helps you bring the feel of the outside indoors like pebbles and stones tile. Naturally smooth stones are set throughout a mesh backing for easy installation. Pebble mosaics work great both indoors and outdoors, but they are mainly popular as a bathroom tile. Install them as shower flooring for a genuinely exceptional look.

Travertine Tile in Lake Arrowhead

Marble and granite are extremely attractive materials, but they come at a hefty price. Travertine is a natural material that displays some of the same exceptional natural patterns that make marble and granite so appealing. Travertine tiles exist in a large range of striking Earth tones, so it is simple to find one that matches your aesthetic. Travertine floors are a good alternate choice to marble, as they are more durable and less difficult to care for.

Updated Ceramics

Ceramic tile is reasonably priced, manageable, and comes in a wide assortment of sizes and colors. Ceramic tile has been popular among homeowners for many years, but the most attractive ceramic tiles today are those that are manufactured to look like something else. Some of the most desirable ceramic tiles today include:

Large Format Tile

Make a stunning statement with large tiles. Standard tile flooring is typically a 12” square, however, we are seeing an increasing number of customers choosing for larger tiles that are 24” or more. Large tiles can be used throughout your floor or mixed with smaller tiles to produce one-of-a-kind designs. The options are limitless. Choosing larger tiles can be a practical decision as well. They can be installed quickly and have fewer joints, leaving a smaller amount of grout lines to clean and maintain.

Concrete Look Tile

If you are looking to make a strong statement with your flooring, take into account concrete look tile for your residence. Although concrete does have an industrial look to it, concrete look tile is extremely cozy and welcoming as a flooring. Concrete look tile typically comes in shades of gray and blue, which provide a neutral platform for your home décor.

Wood Look Tile

Another nod to the “natural” style is wood look tile. These ceramic tiles look remarkably similar to wood floors. It’s undoubtedly difficult to tell the difference at first glance. Wood look tile flooring is an affordable alternative to solid hardwood. However, just because you are saving on money, does not mean you have to compromise on level of quality. Wood look flooring is as durable as it is attractive.

Regardless of whether you want to make a striking statement in your bathroom or enhance the appearance of your kitchen, there is a tile flooring trend that is just right for your home. Be certain that you turn to a reputable home and commercial flooring company when you are ready to buy. The experienced professionals at Empire Tile will help you discover the ideal tile for your home and make sure your new floors are properly installed so you can take pleasure in them for many years to come.

What Our Satisfied Customers Are Saying:

5 star ratingWhen I read the reviews about Empire Tile I wrote this place off but two of my friends mentioned that they got just what they needed from Empire and so I thought it would not hurt to go and see and well I could not have been more delighted with their customer service over the phone and their customer service in their store. I was really afraid that since I did not have a large contractor job that they would not want to help me but that was not the case and I was helped by a very nice lady named Rhonda and she pulled prices on the tile that I wanted and found the corner pieces and v-caps that matched so I could re do my kitchen counter tops. We also bought grout and sealer there. Just so we are clear about something we went after 4 p.m. and the place was absolutely empty but if we had showed up at 7a.m. there would have been a huge line of all the contractors that use Empire, they would be ordering or picking up what they needed for that days jobs and you have to understand that Empire would want to see to their repeat customers first instead of a homeowner with a small job and to me that's fair, I might spend $500 with them but a big contractor over a year maybe spends over $100,000 with them and you have to know that its just good business to take care of the repeat customer first. So this is a excellent store and they were very nice to me but i did not go at a time when they were hugely busy and pushed to get every ones order done and it worked out great. They have a excellent selection and all the people are very nice and very knowledgeable and I have had a great experience and they saved me a lot of money. Do not be afraid to try this place because of the other reviews, they have been the best tile store I have been in by far and they only charged my half of what the other places wanted for tile I really did not like. Good experience, Give it a Go.
